We believe it is the teacher's responsibility to facilitate a classroom where confident decision-making can take place. When students can take credit for making good choices, they increasingly become self-assured individuals.

Here at Four Seasons, we believe it is our responsibility to establish and maintain a classroom environment where each child feels successful when they exit our doors. To achieve this, we constantly stress theimportance of individuality, while maintaining high standards and holding students accountable for learning. We also strive to review and reflect on our own methods, and encourage our students to do the same, regardless of age or ability.
